The book you are holding in your hands is a traveling book I brought to life and sent on a journey. Its aim is to see all parts of the world and explore as much as possible. Many people from all over the world can immortalize themselves through it. Anyone who finds it and would like to write into it may do so. It is not of importance what you write. Write about your day, your thoughts, anything else that has an impact on your life, write a poem, draw a picture or stick a photo in. It does not matter as long as the book grows with your entries. Let your imagination run wild. The more diverse your entries the more valuable and unique the book.
Additionally you can translate this text into different languages and add it to the end of the book.
Once you have composed an entry it is your job to send the book on a new journey. In order to do so leave the book somewhere in a public place e.g. on a bus, on a train, at an airport or at a train station where the book will be found and taken away and where it is also sheltered e.g. from weather.
I have set up a website ,,www.diaryoftheworldproject.blogspot.com” on which you can publish your experiences and thoughts on the book and tell us where it is at the moment so that we can all follow its journey.
You can also contact me at this address: ,,diaryoftheworld@gmx.de”.
I hope these possibilities will be used so that we can all keep track of the book's location.
If you find the book full please get in touch with me so I can give you my address to which you can send the book.
I will naturally pay for the postage.
I do hope my plan will work out and that we will all have fun with this book. For now, have a good journey, I wish you all the best and thanks for your entries.
